AIR Academy Payment Policies
These payment policies outline the terms and conditions for payments associated with AIR Academy programs, including AIR Elite and AIR Launch. By registering for any AIR Academy program, participants agree to the terms outlined below.
AIR Launch
Program Access
The AIR Launch program provides participants with access to all launch resources, content, and the foundational launch course.
Access to Office Hours is limited to the quarter enrolled in the course, up to 3 sessions.
AIR Community access is free for all launch registrants for up to 12-months, and $35 thereafter.
Transaction Fees
- Credit card payments incur a 3% transaction fee.
- ACH payments have no additional fees.
AIR Elite
Tuition Deposit
- To reserve a spot in the AIR Elite Session, a $5,000 deposit is required.
- Enrollment is on a first come, first serve basis.
Payment Options
Participants may choose from the following payment options:
- Payment in Full
- Due on or before the first session.
- 3-Payment Plan
- Payments are split into three equal installments with the following deadlines:
- First Installment: Upon registration.
- Second Installment: Until 2 months before the first session.
- Final Installment: On or before the first session.

Payment Deadline
The program balance must be paid in full before the cohort starts.
Refund Policy
- If a participant decides not to proceed with the program, the $1,000 deposit will be refunded in full.
- Deposits are non-refundable after these dates.
Enrollment Transfer
- Participants unable to attend their registered cohort may request a deposit rollover to the next cohort.
- This option is allowed only once. Subsequent requests will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Transaction Fees
- Payments made via credit card are subject to a 3% transaction fee.
- Payments made via ACH have no additional fees.
Program Benefits
- Community Access: AIR Elite participants gain access to community resources, content, and materials.
- Cohort Retreat: Registration includes access to an end-of-cohort retreat featuring:
- Guest speakers.
- Networking activities.
- Team-building workshops.

- Additional activities designed to celebrate and enhance the program experience.
- Note: Hotel and travel expenses are not included.
General Payment Policies
- Payment Methods
- Accepted payment methods include credit card, ACH transfer, and other methods specified by AIR Academy.
- Credit card payments will include a 3% transaction fee.
- Failure to Pay
- Failure to complete payments by the specified deadlines will result in the loss of access to the program and associated benefits.
- Refunds and Cancellations
- AIR Elite refunds are available for $1,000 deposits made under Early Bird registration only if cancellation occurs 4 months before the cohort starts.
- No refunds are available after that for any program.
- Community Access
- Both AIR Elite and Launch participants are responsible for renewing their annual community membership after the first free year ($35/year).
- Discounts
- Discounts may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
- Enrollment Transfer
- AIR Elite participants may transfer their deposit to the next cohort one time only.
- Program Changes
- AIR Academy reserves the right to adjust program costs, benefits, or payment terms with appropriate notice to participants.
- Late Payment Fees
- Payments not made by the deadline will incur a 5% late fee.
